Valerie, the clinic unicorn/Realm walker, graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2012.

After having a baby in 2020, Valerie was surprised to learn how little Postpartum care was available for new parents. She has taken it upon herself to try and be a small part of a solution to that problem.

She has taken courses on (Non-Internal) Pelvic floor Assessments/treatments and Cesarean scar treatments/desensitization, addressing long and short term issues that can occur because of this major abdominal surgery. Valerie is still pleased to offer relaxation massage, fascial release as well as prenatal/postnatal massage.

When Valerie is not working she’s spending time with her family, or exercising her creative mind with reading, painting and playing Dungeons & Dragons.

Angela has recently become a Registered Massage Therapist, graduating with distinction from triOS College in July of 2021. She is excited to offer relaxation and therapeutic massage using a variety of general Swedish massage techniques, and advanced techniques, such as myofascial release, and joint mobilizations.  As a life-long learner Angela has begun studying craniosacral therapy through the Upledger Institute and looks forward to incorporating that into her treatments in the future. In her downtime Angela enjoys the simpler things in life like long scenic drives, snuggles with her greyhound Bandit, and indulging in a little Netflix binge always with a hot cup of java!
